Cenk hosting today. A solo fighter in Iraq that has been dubbed The Angel of Death is a solo killer that is fighting ISIS. He has become an Iraqi hero after pictures of him have been circulating on the internet of him wielding axes, swords, and big machine guns. Since he’s “our bad guy” he gets praise. Since Utah continues to have troubles with their lethal injection procedure for capital punishment, the firing squad is being proposed to be brought back. Cenk compares the brutality of this system to the guillotine & beheadings by terrorists. Pope Francis spoke about elections and claims that there should be free and fair elections not influenced by outside money. In an interview with a magazine, Jon Stewart went after President Obama’s lack of effort vs his promises for change.

The Morning Joe panel addressed one aspect of the viral racist video out of OU after rapper Waka Flocka changed his mind about going to perform there. Mika and Bill Kristol blamed rap and Waka’s lyrics for why the frat boys were using the word nigger. Ana wonders if Mika has ever made an intelligent point on Morning Joe. A trash man in an affluent neighborhood in Atlanta decided to pick up garbage too early, 5am. After residents complained, the city attorney had him arrested and sent to jail for 30 days. The city caught so much negative attention from the story that they suspended his 30 day sentence. A Michigan man wielding a gun was confronted by police in front of a high school and was let go after he taunted him. Video of his confrontation. Cenk and Ana disagree on the reason they decided not to shoot him in the street. Cenk thinks its based on that fact he was Black, but Ana disagrees.

Cenk and Ana. After 47 Republican Senators sent an undermining letter to Iran about the negotiations process, the criticism came down hard from the President to fellow Republicans to pundits. Video of Obama calling the move ironic. Joe Biden wrote a scathing response to the move, as well. Republican Bob Corker disagreed with this move because he wanted to undermine it in an official way, not by sending rouge letters to Iran. Freshman Sen Tom Cotton went on MSNBC to double down on his position to send a letter to Iranian leaders. Coincidentally, Tom Cotton is set to appear at a conference put on by lobbyists for defense contractors, contractors that have a lot of money to make on another war in the Middle East. Cotton also promoted the idea of striking Iran’s nuclear facilities because Israel did it to Iraq and Syria. Video of Cotton claiming that the only deal he is willing to accept from Iran is complete disarmament, and the threat of war needs to be on the table.

Hannah Cranston joins Cenk and Ana for SCS. Fallout from the Univ of Oklahoma frat chanting controversy continues. They’ve expelled two of the leaders of the chant seen on video, and a top football recruit has rescinded his commitment. A Georgia cop shot and killed a naked, unarmed man that was walking around an apartment complex in broad daylight.

Cenk hosting. He goes off about how Ebay invalidated the sale of his Grand Am at $50K. As peace negotiations continue with Iran and the WH, the Republican led Congress is looking to torpedo the agreement in another way since Netanyahu spoke in America. 47 Senators have sent a scathing letter to the leaders of Iran to let them know that if they don’t ratify the WH agreement, it isn’t binding, hinting that they will not honor it and do what they want. This is another strategy to undermine the authority of the President in favor of a foreign leader. Several former Senators have formed a group called American Security Initiative that created an ad that depicts an American city being blown up by a nuclear bomb unless we oppose a deal with Iran. Ana joins Cenk for SCS. A wrongfully convicted man has been awarded millions of dollars after he spent over 20 years in prison, where he was raped and given HIV. He was exonerated after he served all of the time for rape and burglary. Cenk challenges our allowed rape culture in prisons. Some officials in the DC area don’t think he deserves all of the $9.2 million that he’s to receive. The SAE frat at University of Oklahoma was caught on tape chanting racist things about never allowing Black students into the organization. The Univ came down hard on the frat, disbanding it and making all of the members move out within 24 hours. Another story of an unarmed 19 year old man was shot and killed by police in Wisconsin after a physical altercation broke out between the two. It has since been discovered that the kid had ADD.

Tickets and fines were handed out routinely to certain citizens in order to keep them in debt to the city, while avoiding tickets for friends and family.

An Egyptian groom staged an ISIS kidnapping prank on his bride at their wedding, but she ended up liking it. 3 sheriffs from CO, KS, and NE are filing lawsuits against the state of Colorado for their legalization of marijuana. One of the rapists that was interviewed said some hideous things, so the country’s officials nixed it so that he wouldn’t have a platform to spew his vitriol. Ana & Cenk don’t agree with the decision. An American man that works for a company in the UAE complained via Facebook about his employer while spending time back at home in Florida. Upon his return to UAE, he was immediately arrested for slandering his employer, which is against the law. He could face up to 5 years in prison. A lesbian Nigerian is being denied asylum in Britain since her home country is out to kill her over her sexual orientation. Britain doesn’t believe she is really a lesbian because she has kids from an earlier relationship.

Cenk and Iadarola hosting. Ben Carson discussed same sex marriage with Chris Cuomo on CNN, claiming that its nothing like Civil Rights because people choose to be gay. Proof of this is that ex prisoners come out gay. Cenk’s unique take is that Carson isn’t entirely wrong because of the sexuality spectrum. After Netanyahu’s speech to Congress yesterday, Chris Matthews pointed out that its the only time a foreign leader came in to take foreign policy power away from President Obama, with the help of Republicans.

Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Sex toys that connect to apps have the potential to get hacked by outside forces. Cenk wonders what people would do to someone’s dildo if they gained control. A 50 year old NYC man put out fliers asking for a girlfriend, and received hundreds of calls and text messages per day. He claims to have had 118 hookups with women, but hasn’t found a girlfriend yet. He’s planning on doing a documentary on his experiences. Ana admits she’s being judgmental and doesn’t really believe his story. Cenk talks about how this success story actually makes him glad he’s married and off the market because he would put too much energy into getting laid in this new age of hooking up. Mukesh Singh ,who was part of a brutal gang rape on a bus in New Delhi, India, is featured in a recent documentary and is blaming the rape on the woman. In Utah, Matt Fairbanks of the DEA is concerned for rabbits over the recent legalization of marijuana for medicinal and recreational use. Tinder is now rolling out a paid version of the app, allowing users unlimited amount of swipes from the free version and different rates by age category.

Questions of whether Putin and the Kremlin are behind it are being thrown around. Both Cenk and Desi talk about why its obvious that Putin was behind it. A Russian TV anchor is already toeing the government line that accusations are nothing but conspiracy theories by the West, who are probably the actual culprits. Cenk and John Iadarola hosting. The FCC’s decision on Net Neutrality has come down, mostly in favor of fair internet access. Talk about the muddied message Republicans had to pitch in order to attempt to destroy this legislation. Bill O’Reilly has been caught in yet another lie that he has been telling over the years that prop him up as an amazing guy. Videos of Bill telling people about witnessing nuns being gunned down in El Salvador while he was there covering wars. Video of O’Reilly telling the same story accurately, acknowledging that he arrived to El Salvador after the nuns were killed. He also wrote in his book that he got there after the nuns were murdered. Fox News has come out in even more defense of old Bill. Cenk points out that Bill and FNC haven’t responded to the JFK lie and the nuns lie since they can’t spin it to blame others for attacking him.

A study that was conducted on rising sea levels as a result of climate change showed that sea levels on the northeast coast of the country have risen at extremely dramatic levels. Abercrombie & Fitch case is going to the SCOTUS over refusing to hire a girl that wears a hijab due to it violating their apparel requirements for particular styles. Cenk and Ana agree that A&F should be able to enforce their dress code requirements against this. A 16 year old Indiana kid is facing life in prison for murder after he and a friend broke into a house, which resulting in the friend being killed by the homeowner. Since the kid’s decision to commit the crime ended in his friend’s death, he has been convicted of his murder. Cenk talks about how he wouldn’t shoot the burglars if he were the homeowner. Police in Sweden mistook a woman for an ISIS supporter over some balloons that formed “21” in celebration of her birthday. From the outside, the digits looked like “IS.” Talk about the variety of brutal and humanitarian videos that ISIS releases. They want enemies to overreact and bomb, while appealing to the local community for more power and support. A South Korean law that would imprison adulterers if caught cheating has been overturned. Spain will introduce breathalyzer tests for tourist pedestrians and cyclists due to the extreme number of drunk people visiting. They would only be tested if they’re involved in an accident. Cenk talks about being annoyed by irresponsible skaters. In another twist, this law is being pushed by automotive industry that wants less responsibility to be placed on drivers when accidents happen with pedestrians.

Despite Elizabeth Warren’s declarations that she isn’t going to run for President against Hillary Clinton, she gave a very lukewarm answer to Clinton’s liberal credentials with Al Sharpton. This makes Cenk wonder why she would take this approach if it isn’t to set up a run against Hillary. On CPAC’s list of speakers at their annual convention, Dr. Ben Carson’s bio had a picture of Sen Tim Scott instead of Carson. CPAC responded to the Washington Post reporter’s tweet about it by claiming he photoshopped the image to embarrass CPAC. One of the editors at Ben Howe came out in favor of CPAC’s claim of a photoshopping scheme. Bill O’Reilly has been caught in yet another lie. This time the fabrications are about his assertions that he chased down an accomplice to the assassination of JFK right before he committed suicide. Bill made it sound like the man shot himself because he was hot on his trail. Other reporters that worked with O’Reilly at the time have come forward to point out that he wasn’t even in the same city when the suicide occurred.

Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Kanye West recalled a story about Kim Kardashian’s father getting racist taunts after being on OJ Simpson’s defense team. Due to the vandalism, he told Kim that one day she may have a Black child that she will have to be ready to put up with the racism. Cenk thinks Kanye is embellishing parts of the story. Cenk thinks West getting an award for having a clothing and shoe line is ridiculous, and that one day he will prove it by having one himself. Ana disagrees with Cenk’s choice of t-shirt with blazer look. TYT audience poll on whether or not Cenk’s style is acceptable or not. Keith Olbermann has been suspended by ESPN for 1 week after he got into a heated Twitter fight with multiple Penn St students over their defense of their school when he bashed them. The fight began after they were proud of the charitable fundraising. TYT Supreme Court on Olbermann’s suspension. Cenk is tired of networks suspending people every second over everything. California is planning on providing condom machines in prisons to help stop the rapid spread of HIV and other STDs. Although Alabama has legalized same sex marriage, the state’s Chief Justice has told officials that they cannot in fact give marriage licenses to gay couples.
