Hour 1: Cenk, Ben, Iadarola, and Jimmy Dore hosting. The FBI has released the video of Oregon militia member Lavoy Finicum being killed by pursuing cops. The Feds also released an explanation of what happened, including him reaching for his 9mm handgun in his jacket. Jimmy thinks it was suicide by cop. Discussion of whether or not this was a justifiable shooting. Cenk hopes that the cops would’ve waited longer before shooting. Ben disagrees.

Hour 2: Ana replaces John for SCS. A high school kid is catching hell after releasing a video saying Black Lives Do Not Matter. A new service called heartmob looks to deter online harassment by giving loving and caring messages to those bullied online.

Hour 1: Cenk hosting. Susan Sarandon was interviewed by TYT Politics and Jordan Chariton and CNN. Video of TYT’s one on one with the actress in support of Bernie Sanders. Video of CNN’s Carol Costello challenging the validity of Bernie Sanders over and over while Sarandon dispels all of her talking points. In another example of how Conservative the “Liberal Media” is, The Washington Post Editorial board released a scathing piece today calling Bernie Sanders’ plans fiction being pitched to Progressives as reality. Cenk tears the article apart with its obvious bias in favor of corporations and Wall St, and anger toward Sanders.

Hour 2: Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Updates on the Flint water crisis. They have no plans to replace the tainted pipes that funnel the water to the city. They’ve decided to have people use bottled water and filters for necessities. After fallout from the Arizona high school made headlines for students wearing shirts to spell out Ni**er, the head of the NAACP was answering questions about the situation, and immediately commented on a female reporter’s “nice tits.” Discussion over how this statement was sexist because of the setting he said it in. Oklahoma is pushing for a series of anti-LGBT laws that would severely limit and eliminate many rights of LGBT citizens.

Hour 1: Cenk and Iadarola hosting. Part of the Oregon militia situation has come to a head when LaVoy Finicum was shot and killed by authorities last night after fleeing in his truck. Cliven Bundy spoke out about the situation, claiming that the Feds are out of line to kill innocent people trying to simply educate everyone about the Constitution. Video of some of the other militia members reacting to Finicum dying, with extreme anger, fear, and a call to arms. Cenk goes Cenko Unchained at the unbelievable level of White Privilege surrounding this entire situation. A Nevada lawmaker immediately tweeted that Finicum was shot with his hands up, and is now a martyr. Audio of the 18 year old girl that was in the car with Finicum, giving her account of how he was killed. A militia member that was in the other car pulled over gave his account of how Lavoy was killed, describing him as charging the cops.

Hour 2: Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Denmark is implementing a rule that would seize incoming refugees’ belongings that are worth more than $1500. They say that it is being done to pay for accommodating them. Washington DC has ticketed many cars since the snowstorm, totalling in over $1million in fees for residents. They have also towed tons of cars that are parked on snow emergency areas that need to be plowed. A couple of ex-Disney employees are suing the company for replacing them with immigrant employees that they had to train before being fired in favor of the cheaper labor.

Hour 1: Cenk hosting today. At last night’s Democratic Townhall debate, controversy surrounded a question from a kid that slipped up and said, “I can see why they gave you this question” when it was supposed to be from the constituents. Video of the moment in question that made people ask if the questions were planted for Hillary from CNN. Cenk points out that Clinton has a history of planting questions. Video of her answer to the question. The kid that asked the question tweeted that it really was his question that was submitted to CNN for any candidate. Cenk rules that the kid was telling the truth, and that it wasn’t planted. One militia member in Oregon is upset that Christie called for them to be dismantled so he challenged him to a sumo match. Video of his challenge. Another story from the militia members was caught on police body cams when they arrested one heading to Oregon to help protect the other patriots. Video of the conflict where he was arrested for DUI and threatened to kill all of the cops. Cenk imagines what happens to minority citizens that have run ins with cops when they don’t’ have a gun or threaten death.

Hour 2: Ana joins Cenk for SCS. The Mizzou professor that tried to stop journalists from reporting on the school’s racial tensions, asking for “muscle” has been charged with 3rd degree assault. After investigating Planned Parenthood over the fetal tissue sale controversy, the conclusions led them to indict the group that made the sting videos instead of PP. Fox News’ Judge Napolitano lost his mind over the fact that this Republican judge didn’t rule against Planned Parenthood. President Obama wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post announcing his executive order to ban solitary confinement for juveniles. The issue of drug addiction is suddenly something that legislators care about since White people are primarily addicted to heroin.

Hour 1: Cenk and Iadarola hosting. President Obama spoke about Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton in an interview with Politico. Video of the president saying that Sanders has tapped into a nerve of the Democratic voting block, but that it’s not like his own entry when he beat Hillary. Cenk thinks that Obama is definitely in favor of Clinton for the nomination. Video of Obama claiming that Hillary Clinton is a progressive that has been battle tested by the opposition. Cenk continues about how he thinks Sanders is under Obama’s skin because he’s a true Progressive who thinks he can do what Obama didn’t. Video of Obama outlining both candidates’ advantages. Polls in Iowa with one week to go until the Caucus have Sanders leading by 1% over Clinton and even more in New Hampshire. John predicts that both Sanders and Clinton will win Iowa, to make sure he’s right. On the GOP side, Donald Trump has opened up a 7 pt lead on Cruz since the last debate. Video of Cenk predicting Trump will rise 7-9 pts in TYT’s post debate coverage. Cenk gloats about his prediction coming true.

Hour 2: Ana joins Cenk for SCS. Talk about her appearance on CNN’s Reliable Sources and the discussion vs a Tea Party supporter of Trump. Ana gives inside baseball on the segment. Videos of the debate where Ana dismantled her opponent’s argument. A Middle School student helped save a classmate having an asthma attack in the middle of the class. During the emergency, the teacher emailed the nurse, while the boy helped. His actions to save her resulted in suspension for breaking the rules. Apple is fighting for civil liberties by not offering to unlock phones for police investigations.

Hour 1: Bernie Sanders recently got in trouble for not caring about Black Lives Matter after a recent ad was released that was not as ethnically diverse as it could be. This is hard to comprehend since he was arrested in the past while supporting the civil rights movement. We got a cat fight! This time it is between Trump and Cruz and both are trying to prove that one is more racist than the other. Trump then got into further trouble after re-tweeting a message from a neo-nazi twitter account.

Hour 2: We come back with Brett, Hass, Becca and discuss how a young man who had a gun in a movie theater, “accidentally” shot a women in the chest about 15-20 minutes into the movie theater. A student from the University of Virginia, has gone missing in North Korea after visiting there recently. The US State department has only said that “they know he is there” in response.

Hour 1: John, Jimmy, and Jayar are hosting. Sarah Palin is blaming President Obama for her son’s (Track Palin) abusive behavior on PTSD. Donald Trump jumped on the band wagon and also blames the President for Track’s issues. Carly Fiorina went to a botanical garden and found some pre-school kids and rounded them up. She then proceeded to put them on stage and in front of a poster of a fetus to promote anti-abortion.

Hour 2: Marco Rubio is still trying to prove his insane Conservative gravitas by highlighting a previous bill he introduced. In it, he would grant whistleblower status to people that snitch on prostitutes and give them cash rewards. A new survey of employees shows that they contribute to a high opioid use, costing employers billions of dollars. Gawker is facing yet another big lawsuit. The latest is from a freelance journalist that claims Gawker published a defamatory hit piece on her over her reporting about a Tinder executive’s dishonest testimony in a sexual harassment case.

Hour 1: A San Diego man was sentenced to 1 year in prison after continuous threats to CAIR offices in SD and DC. His attorney told the judge that he carried out the terror threats because he was drinking heavily and binge watching Fox News about the Charlie Hebdo shooting. Claire McCaskill has come out against Bernie Sanders’ chance at winning the election if he beats Hillary in the primary. Video of her claiming it’s hard for Americans to see that Socialism is the answer to the country’s problems. Discussion over the viability of Clinton as the nominee.

Hour 2: Ana, Kim Horcher, and Margaret Howell for SCS. Sarah Palin’s son Track Palin has been arrested for domestic violence on his girlfriend. He also had an AR-15 nearby. Video of Sarah Palin telling a crowd that her son suffers from PTSD, offering it as a reason for his violence on a woman. R. Kelly was interviewed by GQ and promised to offer answers about his case regarding sex and urination with an underaged girl. He dodged the question about whether or not he was in the video. He blamed his abusive tendencies on his rough and abusive upbringing. The confusing interview also had Kelly compare himself to “the old Bill Cosby.” The Zika virus has been afflicting many babies around the world. A pregnant mother that was bitten by a mosquito transfers the virus to the unborn baby, leading to defects and a short life for the newborn. Amnesty International looked into the background of where many of our smartphones come from. They discovered that mining for the lithium ion batteries are done by children in The Democratic Republic of Congo for little to no money. Thousands of students are applying for debt forgiveness, citing that they were defrauded by their schools, as allowed by a law implemented in the ‘90s.

Hour 1: Ana and Iadarola hosting. Sarah Palin endorses Donald Trump. Due to the damage bombing has done to ISIS’ ability to travel and make their money, they’re forced to slash their employees’ pay by 50%. An ISIS supporter is complaining that she keeps receiving dick pics from ISIS fighters that caught wind of her support.

Hour 2: Becca Frucht replaces Iadarola for SCS. Update on the Flint water crisis. The water company is now coming after residents and customers that aren’t paying their water bills. An Oregon Militia member that is against government is complaining that his foster kids are being taken away, citing that he and his wife are losing the tons of money that they’re receiving from the government, based on their foster care duties. In one year, they were being paid $115K by charities alone. Jada Pinkett Smith and Spike Lee are two celebrities who vowed to boycott the Oscars due to their lack of diversity. Video of Pinkett outlining her reasons. In response to the growing outcry, the Academy says they will think about changing their process. Ana talks about a friend that pointed out Black actors’ audition season is for one extra month since they’re given parts after all of the White parts are filled and diversity quotas need to be met.

Hour 1: Ana, Jimmy Dore and Johnny Sprinkles hosting. Fox and Friends ask MLK Jr.’s niece if he would feel bad on the war on the police and Black Lives Matter. Fox then reports on police violence on MLK day, cashing in on the badly timed violence. Joe Walsh tweets out a series of ignorant things about how white people cannot celebrate MLK Jr. day. They then discuss how lots of whites cannot see the black community beyond their own personal views.

Marco Rubio expressed his ownership of firearms from this past Christmas. He was simultaneously supporting the 2nd amendment in favor of his campaign, while fear mongering to help gain supporters. Hillary Clinton reacts to Bernie Sanders’s opinion on free health care. Bernie also laid out his health plan specifics and how most of the raised taxes fall on the rich. Donald Trump’s popularity is far lower than a lot of voters realize via stats. Bernie Sanders rating is not only much higher but the only positive statistic on the chart.

Hour 2: Ana, Keith Powell, and Hannah are hosting. The water crisis in Flint, Michigan has been causing the citizens to drink tainted (lead) water that makes them sick. Obama declared a state emergency. In Porter Ranch, Ca, there is a Methane leak. New footage of the Porter Ranch methane leak.
