Stand Your Ground is making a comeback in Florida, in which a defendant claiming “Stand Your Ground” can seek financial penalties for up to $200,000. The Federal Government will be conducting an extensive prison release program, with up to 600,000 prisoners, being released for nonviolent drug crimes.
