Hour 1: Ana, John, and Jimmy hosting. A Superior court ruled that the government’s NSA spying practices are unconstitutional. Republican Senators collectively defended the Patriot Act renewal by using 9/11 as a scare tactic over and over again. Video of McCain, McConnell, Rubio, Sessions, & Burr incessantly using the fear tactic on the Senate floor. Another circuit court ruled that a man’s rights weren’t violated when he was tracked via his phone data.

Hour 2: Results of the NFL’s Deflategate investigation has implicated QB Tom Brady as “generally aware” of the scheme. Miley Cyrus opened up about her own sexuality, mentioning that not all of her relationships have been heterosexual. She brought this up when speaking about her charity that helps young homeless LGBT citizens. Talk about how some of her tactics rub people the wrong way. The Microsoft website called “How Old” had some fine print for the internet users that submitted their pictures to be analyzed for age recognition. Upon submission, Microsoft and their affiliated companies were given license rights to use them in any way they’d like.
